Walls Are More Than Walls — They’re the Expression of Home.
What Should I Prepare Before Painting? Do I Need to Move My Furniture? We recommend that clients remove valuables and small furniture before the project begins.
For larger items, our team will carefully cover and protect them to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Is Damp Wall Treatment Just Patching and Repainting, or Does It Solve the Root Cause? Our damp wall remediation begins with identifying the source of moisture intrusion.
The process includes removing damaged layers, applying moisture-resistant materials, and performing layered restoration based on the wall’s condition.
This is not a superficial repair — by addressing the issue at its core, we significantly reduce the risk of recurrence.Where Can Waterproofing Be Applied? Will It Affect the Interior Structure? Waterproofing is suitable for moisture-prone areas such as rooftops, balconies, bathrooms, window frames, and wall corners.
Before construction begins, we conduct an on-site assessment to determine the most appropriate waterproofing materials and methods.
Our process is designed to protect against water intrusion without damaging the existing structure. What Does Home Renovation Include? Can Severely Aged Walls Be Restored? Our renovation services include wall repairs, crack restoration, damp wall remediation, and repainting.
Based on the existing condition, we assess whether additional waterproofing layers or specialized base treatments are required.
Our goal is to restore structural stability and aesthetic quality, ensuring walls are both durable and visually refined. Will Decorative Finishes Peel or Fade? What Spaces Are They Suitable For? Decorative finishes offer excellent adhesion and durability.
They are well suited for dry interior spaces such as living rooms, entryways, and feature or display walls.
With proper application techniques and appropriate maintenance, they maintain their texture and color stability over the long term. Will Commercial Renovation Affect Business Operations? Do You Offer Scheduling Recommendations? We coordinate with our clients’ business hours by implementing phased work zones, night-time, or weekend construction when needed.
A detailed project schedule is provided in advance to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Our goal is to minimize operational disruption while delivering the project on time. Will There Be Dust or Odor During Construction? Do Residents Need to Move Out? Certain stages of construction may generate temporary dust or mild odors.
For interior projects, we primarily use low-odor, eco-friendly water-based paints.
In most cases, relocation is not necessary. However, we recommend maintaining proper ventilation or temporarily avoiding the active work area during specific phases.Do You Offer Free Estimates and On-Site Assessments? Yes, we offer complimentary on-site estimates and evaluations within Kaohsiung City and surrounding areas.

Under normal indoor usage conditions, any issues arising from workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
The warranty applies only to paint-related defects not caused by human damage, water leakage, or moisture intrusion.
Pre-existing damp wall conditions are not covered under this warranty. The warranty does not cover issues arising from water leakage, exterior wall seepage, recurring damp wall conditions, or prolonged exposure to high-moisture environments (such as bathrooms or rooftop spaces).
Damage caused by furniture impact, scratches, or other forms of external force is also excluded from warranty coverage. For full-house interior painting projects, we provide one complimentary touch-up service.
Requests must be submitted within two months of project completion.
Applications made after this period will not be eligible. How Long Does Paint Take to Dry? When Can I Move In? Standard latex paint typically becomes surface-dry within 1–2 hours and fully cures in approximately 24 hours.
When low-odor, eco-friendly paints are used, and with proper ventilation after completion, residents can usually move in within 2–3 days. What Is the Difference Between Water-Based Paint and Oil-Based Paint? Water-based paint uses water as its primary solvent, resulting in lower odor, eco-friendly performance, and easy cleanup.
It is well suited for interior applications.
Oil-based paint offers superior durability and water resistance.
However, it has a stronger odor and longer drying time, and is commonly used for exterior surfaces or metal materials. What Is Damp Wall (Wall Efflorescence)? Why Does It Occur? Damp wall is caused by moisture seeping through the wall structure, leading to surface powdering, peeling, or even mold growth.
It is commonly associated with water leakage, failed waterproofing systems, or poor ventilation.
Proper treatment requires addressing the root cause of moisture intrusion before restoring and repainting the surface. What Causes Wall Powdering, Peeling, or Paint Flaking? Common causes include improper surface preparation during construction, the use of low-quality materials, water leakage, or excessive humidity.
To resolve the issue, the affected wall areas typically require surface re-leveling, removal of deteriorated layers, and repainting. How Can I Choose the Right Paint Color Without Regret? We recommend starting with neutral or low-saturation tones and considering the actual lighting conditions of the space.
Apply a small test area first to observe how the color appears once dry and under different lighting throughout the day.
You may also consult with a professional painter for expert color coordination advice. Why Do Some Walls Develop Mold? Can Paint Prevent It? Mold growth is often caused by excessive humidity or moisture intrusion within the wall.
Using anti-microbial or mold-resistant paint, along with improving ventilation, can help reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
However, long-term prevention requires addressing the underlying source of moisture. Is Decorative Finish Easier to Maintain Than Standard Paint? Although decorative finishes offer distinctive texture and visual appeal, most are not highly resistant to frequent scrubbing.
They are best suited for feature areas where aesthetics are prioritized, such as TV walls or display surfaces.
If easier maintenance is desired, we recommend applying an additional protective topcoat.
