Our renovation services include wall repairs, crack restoration, damp wall remediation, and repainting. Based on the existing condition, we assess whether additional waterproofing layers or specialized base treatments are required. Decorative finishes offer excellent adhesion and durability. They are well suited for dry interior spaces such as living rooms, entryways, and feature or display walls. With proper application techniques and appropriate maintenance, they maintain their texture and color stability over the long term.

We coordinate with our clients’ business hours by implementing phased work zones, night-time, or weekend construction when needed. Will There Be Dust or Odor During Construction? Do Residents Need to Move Out?

Certain stages of construction may generate temporary dust or mild odors. For interior projects, we primarily use low-odor, eco-friendly water-based paints. In most cases, relocation is not necessary. However, we recommend maintaining proper ventilation or temporarily avoiding the active work area during specific phases.

Yes, we offer complimentary on-site estimates and evaluations within Kaohsiung City and surrounding areas. You are welcome to schedule an appointment with us via phone or LINE.

Do You Provide a Warranty? What If Issues Arise After Completion?

We provide a one-year workmanship warranty for general interior painting projects. Under normal indoor usage conditions, any issues arising from workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. The warranty applies only to paint-related defects not caused by human damage, water leakage, or moisture intrusion. Pre-existing damp wall conditions are not covered under this warranty.
The warranty does not cover issues arising from water leakage, exterior wall seepage, recurring damp wall conditions, or prolonged exposure to high-moisture environments (such as bathrooms or rooftop spaces). Damage caused by furniture impact, scratches, or other forms of external force is also excluded from warranty coverage.
For full-house interior painting projects, we provide one complimentary touch-up service. Requests must be submitted within two months of project completion. Applications made after this period will not be eligible.

How Long Does Paint Take to Dry? When Can I Move In?

Standard latex paint typically becomes surface-dry within 1–2 hours and fully cures in approximately 24 hours. When low-odor, eco-friendly paints are used, and with proper ventilation after completion, residents can usually move in within 2–3 days.

What Is the Difference Between Water-Based Paint and Oil-Based Paint?

Water-based paint uses water as its primary solvent, resulting in lower odor, eco-friendly performance, and easy cleanup. It is well suited for interior applications. Oil-based paint offers superior durability and water resistance. However, it has a stronger odor and longer drying time, and is commonly used for exterior surfaces or metal materials.

You may also consult with a professional painter for expert color coordination advice.

Why Do Some Walls Develop Mold? Can Paint Prevent It?

Mold growth is often caused by excessive humidity or moisture intrusion within the wall. Using anti-microbial or mold-resistant paint, along with improving ventilation, can help reduce the likelihood of recurrence. However, long-term prevention requires addressing the underlying source of moisture.

Is Decorative Finish Easier to Maintain Than Standard Paint?
